Liquefaction equipment
Liquefaction equipment is used to liquefy the user's excess oxygen and nitrogen products into liquid oxygen and nitrogen products through refrigeration cycle, so that it can be conveniently stored, transported, and used as factory backup gas or for external sales. Liquefaction equipment is mainly divided into single expansion process and double expansion process. The single expansion liquefaction process is suitable for small liquefaction units with liquefaction capacity less than 2000Nm3/h, and has the characteristics of simple operation and low equipment cost. The double expansion liquefaction process is suitable for large liquefaction units with liquefaction capacity greater than 2000Nm3/h. The high and low temperature double expanders are used in series to improve the refrigeration efficiency and greatly reduce the liquefaction energy consumption.
